The OOTB business model allows communities the independence
to become, in effect, their own developer, avoiding the
compromises associated with developer-driven affordable
housing initiatives. OOTB farmhouses may be used in a one-at-a-time
infill strategy, or in small numbers on mid-sized lots,
sparing communities the visual and environmental trauma
associated with larger projects.

help communities overcome the NIMBY opposition often faced
by affordable housing initiatives. OOTB’s farmhouses
