Single-family models feature at least one bedroom downstairs--perfect for either a family member who prefers one-floor living, or parents and teenagers who may prefer more privacy. Fourplex and duplex models may be configured at the outset with windows and stairs which will allow for future construction of living spaces and bedrooms in basements and attics. Dormers may be added to many of the designs as funds permit, providing another economical strategy for expansion. Our Dutch colonial, 3-BR single-family base model features a generous but completely unfinished second floor which can accommodate up to two bedrooms and a full-bath in the future.
